Kawainui Affordable Housing Project
We need your help today to support the development of truly affordable housing on O'ahu. Our HousingNow! task force supports the proposed development of the Kawainui Affordable Housing Project in Kailua. This project will provide affordable rental housing to over 70 local families earning between $36k-$72k per year, with rents between $521-$1400 per month. Affordable rental housing has not been built in Kailua in the past 30 years, causing families to be priced out and forced to move. Please contact your Honolulu Council Member today to urge them to approve the development of this project.
